June 25, 2009 - a day of major loss.The golden-haired classic beauty, Farrah Fawcett, 62, has passed away after a 3-year battle with cancer that was diagnosed in 2006.
Originally from Texas, she rose to popularity as one of "Charlie's Angels", and is still considered a 1970's poster child of sexy and a fashion icon. She left behind a great love, Ryan O'Neal and a son, Redmond O'Neal.
I will always remember her as the epitome of 70's sun-kissed style, and will always love that feathered "Farrah Fawcett" hair. She will be missed. Rest in peace, Farrah.
