On Saturday, October 10, 2009, esteemed fashion designer, Nigel Ramsay will stage his annual fashion show production, previewing his 2009/2010 women's and men’s ready-to-wear collection at City Hall's Atrium Lobby, in the heart of Downtown Hartford, Connecticut.


After the remarkable success of last year's show Ramsay will dazzle this fall with "The Butterfly Effect", a collection inspired by the designer's journey to self-fulfillment and spiritual enlightment as compared to the natural evolution of the butterfly. The show begins at 7:00 pm and will include a live performance, elegant hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and a spectacular runway show.

Ramsay is best known for his unique style, often an alluring combination of simple, free-flowing lines, enhanced by vibrant colors, ethnic grandeur and raw sensuality." He has been a fixture on the Boston fashion scene for over a decade, and is poised to introduce a new fashion culture to the city of Hartford.
